Pradnyan ACM solely believes that one can only inculcate tech skills by laying hands on the recent techs for which ACM organized a plethora of events as CODE-JAVA, CODATHON & Web Designing.

ACM aims to organize many such events that will not only serve you with the latest tech-trends but will ensure that we keep providing you with something less talked about.

Event of 2023-24

TECHTREK 2k24

 

Pradnyan ACM’s “Tech-Trek” workshop ran from October 3 to 7, 2023. Accenture’s Mr. Dinesh Methwani inaugurated it, focusing on career insights. Over a hundred students attended for free, on-campus after college hours. The workshop covered tech topics like Data Structures, Git, and Web Development. It culminated with Hackathon sessions to motivate and educate students. Overall, Tech-Trek was a successful debut for Pradnyan ACM’s new core team.

UIX DESIGN WORKSHOP

Pradnyan ACM organized “UI/UX DESYN,” a comprehensive five-day web designing workshop from January 22 to 27, 2024. Just under a hundred students participated, benefiting from sessions led by college seniors and alumni. The workshop covered essential UI/UX principles, including sketching, wireframing, prototyping, and Figma Tool utilization. It provided free entry and necessary resources, including session halls and hardware. Notably, each session concluded with thirty-minute sessions dedicated to building UI/UX mini-projects, offering students valuable resume material

INDUSTRIY VISIT

Pradnyan ACM organized an Industry Visit to IITM in Pune on March 6, 2024. With HOD and Principal support, 25 students explored PRATYUSH, India’s largest supercomputer, and learned about Big Data Functioning and HPC applications in meteorological research. Specialized labs showcased dendroclimatology and fluid dynamics. They observed SAFAR in action, deepening understanding of environmental monitoring. The visit left students inspired and enlightened, expanding their horizons in meteorological research and technological advancements. All expenses were covered, ensuring free registration for studen

EXPERT TALK ON BIG DATA

Pradnyan ACM & Department of Computer Engineering has arranged an expert talk on Big Data systems and platforms for  knowledge enhancement in the Data Science & Data Analytics subject on 7th March 2024 for third year students. It made them understand the rudimentary concepts of Big Data for their academics.
